Anita Briem is an Icelandic actress . Anita Briesm is an Icelandic performer, is best known for her portrayal of Jane Seymour (the young woman who would later become the wife of Henry VIII) in the television show The Tudors. Also for her role as Hannah in the 2008 movie Journey to the Center of the Earth. Briem, who began her journey into acting at the age of nine at Iceland's National Theater, is best famous for her portrayal of Jane Seymour. As a youngster, she was involved in numerous radio and television productions, shows and other productions in Iceland. Briem moved from Iceland to London aged 16 and was a part of an opera called Lenin's Love.
